DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATED
Delivery time to most countries will be between 12 - 20 business days
after receiving a tracking number, a bit longer during the holidays. 
WHERE ARE WE SHIPPING FROM?
We are based in the US but we choose to ship our products overseas in order to provide good shipping rate for our customers, shipping from the US would otherwise be really expensive, which will put us out of business. Rest assure that we make sure our product quality is top tier before shipping them out.

PLACED AN ORDER BUT DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
Our system usually auto-send a confirmation mail right after you placed an order. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received any, if you checked but still don't see it, please email us at 3angryshibas@gmail.com and we'll resend a confirmation email for you. 
WHEN WILL WE SHIP?
After placing an order, your order will be in processed and will be shipped out within 4-7 days, as we usually take one day of the week to ship out all orders for that week, you will be notified with a tracking number once it's shipped.
WHY ISN’T MY TRACKING NUMBER WORKING?
Your order is already on the way when the tracking number was generated, but as we ship our package internationally, our foreign post office information is usually delayed for 5-10 days before it gets updated in the system. Please try to track it again after the given days.
ORDERS IN TRANSIT
During the "transit" period where your order is on the plane to another country, it could be between 5-7 days before the next update on your tracking, please be patient as it's out of our control.
